In 2016 I was answering customer emails for Booking.com in Manchester, in French and English, while finishing a Master's at Manchester Metropolitan University. The data behind those cases interested me more than the cases, so I moved into analytics: data analyst, then product analyst, then senior data analyst.
In 2022 I moved to Amsterdam as a data scientist, still at Booking.com. That same year I started teaching on the side, and I have since mentored, trained and assessed hundreds of people moving into data.
Outside work, I build my own products with a team of AI agents. They let one person ship what used to take a team.
Away from screens, I box, read a lot and watch too many films.
